Safe link rules
A copied public reference or public page link should not prove ownership, custody, identity, volunteer authority, or private access.
When email links launch, they should explain their purpose, expiry, allowed action, and what they cannot do.
If an animal or person is in immediate danger, use local emergency, vet, shelter, rescue, warden, or animal-welfare help first.
