Safety first

TrackTail is not emergency dispatch. If the pet is hurt, trapped, in traffic, or there is a human safety risk, contact local emergency, vet, shelter, rescue, warden, or animal welfare help first. Then send safe public details for review.

Before you send

Turn off public listing permission when you need private help only. TrackTail will not auto-publish that report.
Use public area descriptions only. Exact addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses should stay out of form text.
